Chef Robert Wiedemeir has 2008 plans to open another Belgian bistro, but this time up I-95 in Baltimore, Maryland. It would be similar to his Brasserie Beck in Washington, D.C. Wiedemier also owns Marcel's, a French fare restaurant.

I've seen their beer list. It is very good. Some of the best beer in the world!
