I don't often drink hefe-weizen, but when I do, I prefer Schneider Weisse. Stay thirsty, my friends (but hold that damnable lemon).

Just went on a german hefe kick last week. I agree that the Schneider Weisse hefe is really good. I also found the Erdinger hefe to be exceptional as well.
