Pic(k) of the Week: Anniversary discussions at Port City Brewing.

In Alexandria, Virginia, Port City Brewing Company celebrated its 3rd anniversary, on 31 January 2014. Well-wishers filled the brewery's front taproom from the moment the doors were opened mid-afternoon.

When owner Bill Butcher originally opened the brewery in early February 2011, Port City was only the first production brewery to operate in the city of Alexandria, Virginia, since 1916.
